I am a certified firearms instructor who has been verified by the Douglas County Sheriff and the Lincoln County Sheriff pursuant to the requirements to teach Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) courses in Colorado. I am certified by Colorado Parks and Wildlife as a Specific Semiautomatic Firearms (SSF) instructor.
I know the current concealed carry laws for Colorado. I designed my class, wrote my exam, and prepared the course of fire required for your CHP application. I am one of 12 Instructors on the CPW's advisory panel who helped the state to develop the SSF curriculum and exam under SB25-003.
I can teach you what you need to know, issue your certificate, and give you guidance on the CHP and the SSF processes in Colorado.
